Vacay Pads Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Vacay Pads offers a referral program that allows individuals and professionals to earn compensation by referring new property owners to our short-term rental management services. By submitting a referral, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals, real estate professionals, and industry partners who wish to introduce property owners to Vacay Pads. Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations related to referral compensation.

2. How the Referral Process Works

To participate, you must submit the name and contact details of a property owner through our official referral form.

A referral is considered valid if:

  • The property owner is not already working with Vacay Pads
  • The property is suitable for short-term rental management
  • The referral is submitted before Vacay Pads has established direct contact

If the referred property owner signs a management agreement with Vacay Pads and their property becomes active on our platform, the referral will be eligible for compensation.

3. Referral Qualification

A referral qualifies for payment when:

  • The property is fully onboarded and live for bookings
  • All onboarding and operational requirements are completed
  • The property remains active for a minimum operational period determined by Vacay Pads

Vacay Pads reserves the right to decline referral eligibility if the agreement is canceled shortly after activation or if requirements are not met.

4. Compensation

Referral compensation will be issued after the referred property is live and operational. Payment timelines and amounts may vary depending on the property type, location, and agreement terms.

All payments are subject to verification and may require documentation before processing.

5. Multiple Referrals

If multiple individuals submit the same referral, compensation will be granted to the first valid submission based on timestamp and verification. Vacay Pads reserves the right to determine final eligibility.

6. Exclusions

The following referrals are not eligible for compensation:

  • Properties already under contract or in active discussion with Vacay Pads
  • Self-referrals or properties owned by the referring individual
  • Properties that do not meet Vacay Pads management criteria
  • Multi-unit or commercial developments unless pre-approved

7. Payment Requirements

To receive payment, participants may be required to submit necessary documentation, including tax forms and payment details. Failure to provide required documentation may result in delayed or forfeited payment.

8. Compliance and Conduct

Participants must act in good faith when submitting referrals. Any misuse of the program, including submitting false or misleading referrals, may result in disqualification and removal from the program.

9. Program Modifications

Vacay Pads reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time. Any changes will not affect referrals that have already met all eligibility requirements.

10. General Terms

Vacay Pads reserves the right to review and determine all referral eligibility, compensation, and disputes at its sole discretion. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
